REGULATIONS OF THE ONLINE STOREEffective from: implementation date§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS 1. These Regulations define the rules for using the online store available at https://pawelbutrym.workweb.pro/sklep. 2. The online store is operated by Paweł Butrym, conducting business under the company name, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, NIP: number, REGON: number, located at address. 3. Contact with the Seller is possible at the email address: email address and phone number: phone number. 4. The Regulations define the rules and conditions for using the Online Store, the terms for concluding Sales Agreements, and the procedure for handling complaints. 5. Each Customer is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Regulations from the moment they start using the Store. §2 DEFINITIONS 1. Online Store – the website available at https://pawelbutrym.workweb.pro/sklep, through which the Customer can conclude a Sales Agreement. 2. Seller – Paweł Butrym conducting business at the address specified in §1. 3. Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality that makes a purchase in the Online Store. 4. Consumer – a natural person making a legal transaction with an entrepreneur not directly related to their business or professional activity. 5. Product – a movable item/service/digital product available in the Online Store that is the subject of the Sales Agreement. 6. Sales Agreement – the agreement for the sale of a Product concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the Online Store. 7. Order – the Customer's declaration of will aimed directly at concluding a Sales Agreement. §3 CONDITIONS FOR PLACING ORDERS 1. The condition for placing an Order in the Online Store by the Customer is to familiarize themselves with these Regulations and accept its provisions. 2. The Customer places an Order by adding selected Products to the cart and filling out the order form. 3. In the order form, the Customer provides the necessary data for order fulfillment, including first and last name, delivery address, email address, and phone number. 4. After filling out the form, the Customer confirms the order by clicking the "Order with payment obligation" button. 5. Placing the Order constitutes a declaration of will to conclude a Sales Agreement with the Seller in accordance with the content of the Regulations. 6. After placing the Order, the Seller promptly confirms its receipt and simultaneously accepts the Order for fulfillment, sending a relevant message to the provided email address. §4 PRICES AND PAYMENTS 1. The prices of Products listed in the Online Store are expressed in Polish zlotys (PLN) and include all components, including VAT. 2. The Customer can choose the following payment methods: bank transfer, electronic payment, cash on delivery. 3. In the case of payment by bank transfer or electronic payment, the Customer is obliged to make the payment within 7 calendar days from the date of concluding the Sales Agreement. 4. In the case of choosing cash on delivery, the Customer makes the payment at the time of receiving the Product. §5 DELIVERY 1. Delivery of Products takes place within Poland via courier companies or the Polish Post. 2. Delivery costs are indicated in the Online Store and provided to the Customer before placing the Order. 3. The order fulfillment time is from number to number working days from the date of payment being credited to the Seller's account. 4. In the case of cash on delivery, the fulfillment time is counted from the date of placing the Order. §6 RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE AGREEMENT 1. The Consumer may withdraw from the Sales Agreement without giving any reason within 14 calendar days. 2. The period for withdrawing from the agreement begins from the day the Consumer takes possession of the Product. 3. The Consumer may withdraw from the Agreement by submitting a withdrawal statement to the Seller at the email address or by post to the address specified in §1. 4. In the case of withdrawal from the Agreement, the Agreement is considered not concluded, and the Consumer is released from all obligations. 5. The Seller shall promptly, no later than within 14 days from the date of receiving the Consumer's withdrawal statement, return all payments made by the Consumer. 6. The Consumer bears only the direct costs of returning the goods. §7 COMPLAINTS 1. The Seller is obliged to deliver Products free from defects. 2. In the event of a defect in the Product, the Customer has the right to make a complaint under the provisions of the civil code. 3. Complaints should be reported to the email address specified in §1 or by traditional mail. 4. In the complaint, the Customer should provide their contact details, a description of the defect, and a request for how to bring the Product into compliance with the agreement. 5. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt. §8 PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION 1. The administrator of the personal data of Customers is the Seller. 2. Customers' personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations for the purpose of fulfilling orders and contacting the Customer. 3. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is included in the Privacy Policy available in the Online Store. 4. The Customer has the right to access their data, correct it, delete it, and limit its processing. §9 FINAL PROVISIONS 1. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, Polish law applies, in particular: the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act, and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means. 2. The Seller reserves the right to change the Regulations for important reasons. 3. Any disputes arising from Sales Agreements concluded based on these Regulations will be resolved by the court competent according to Polish law. 4. The current Regulations are always available to Customers in the Online Store at https://pawelbutrym.workweb.pro/sklep in a form that allows for downloading, recording, and printing.
